These Terms of Use govern access to jerseycyber.com and related public pages operated by ProactiveRISK Inc. d/b/a Jersey Cyber (“Jersey Cyber,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors’ access.
Information and Educational Content
The website provides general information about cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and related services. Content is not legal, regulatory, financial, or incident-response advice for your specific environment, and reading it does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Obtain advice from qualified professionals before acting on information that affects your organization.
No Security Guarantee
Cybersecurity practices can reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. Jersey Cyber does not promise that the website, any linked resource, or any security-related information will identify every vulnerability, prevent every incident, or satisfy a particular framework, contract, insurer, or regulator. Service commitments apply only when stated in a signed agreement or Work Order.
Acceptable Conduct
Do not misuse the website or its infrastructure. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access, probing or testing without written authorization, disrupting availability, introducing malicious code, scraping at a rate that burdens the service, impersonating another person, submitting unlawful or infringing material, or using the website to facilitate harm.
